Life is about color and texture. The fabrics are many - leather, linen, cashmere. How they are woven and blended with the sun, the sea and the mountains will give us our final product. Something that enrobes us and enriches us in both its simplicity and complexity.
AngelinaVagabonda was conceived in Spring of 2007 while on a Florentine stradina (side street). Having been to Florence many times and buying many a purse, I happened upon a leather store where the owner and the craftsman were one in the same. After we chatted for a while, I made the statement "We will be doing business in the future." He asked, "Do you have a shop." "No," was my reply. "Well then how will we do business?," he asked. I told him "I will let you know." Well, after thinking about him and his shop for 6 months, I took the leap of faith and ordered several bags. I began to sell them from my home and at select trunk shows.
 These are the real thing. In an age of knock-offs and the 'same old-same old', le borse found on a Florentine stradina have grabbed my heart because they are made with heart.
Florence led me to Sicily, where, to vary the theme of Tony Bennett, I left my heart in Sicily. Sicily has led me to Northern Italy, on the fringes of the Alps.
